My son,sister and I have seen a thin figure in a duster all on separate occasions and we were unable to tell if it was frontwards or backwards.

Daytime in Green Bay, Wisconsin is exactly equal to daylight anywhere else in the US of A, but the ghost stories conveyed by the folks who live here are enough to make anybody think again about stopping over in this place. There have been scores of happenings with spirits from a parallel world. Several people who live here allege there are no ghosts, but the undeparted spirits of Green Bay are all too real.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
A black rat that turned into a female showed up up on the pinnacle of Burdon Hill facing the onlooker. This spirit is very active in this area; there have been a small number of other accounts of this precise spirit. People here allege that this ghost is the undead soul of a long gone Green Bay person who lived here.
