We put new bathroom and utility room. We remodeled the whole upstairs and had it replastered and carpeted. When we bought it it had a space heater in the kitchen. When watching TV in the livingroom. The motor on the spaceheater kicked in it sounded like a airplane. We removed the spaceheater with a furnace. We didn't have a basement. We had Only a crawl space under the house. It had to be straped to the ceiling of the crawl space.
