Folks here argue that this spirit is the undeparted soul of a long       departed Highland local resident. Anyway, this is an unsympathetic ghost that is better not disturbed. The ghost of a young-looking female sporting a blood-splattered prom dress is regularly made out concealing a corpse by a big boulder in Black Hawk Lake Recreation Area in the early morning hours.
