One of the residents determinedly says that this phantom is the phantom of a vacationer that was killed while traveling through Holmen some time ago.
The spirit of a critically burned woman came into sight on the shore of Lake Onalaska going crazy. This ghost is exceptionally active in this neighborhood; there have been several other reports of this precise ghost. Some of the residents allege this spirit enjoys terrifying unwise folks who are courageous enough to disrupt the quiet in Holmen. Either way, it sure is a terrifying ghost that you shouldn't go seeking.
