Based on what the locals declare, this phantom is the stressed spirit of a former Kendall person who lived here. Whatever folks articulate, it's a frightening ghost that you do not want to meet late at night. The ghost of   a chained up gentleman has allegedly been observed on one or two occasions by a lady hiking along a trail near Kendall. Locals here who have witnessed this phantom declare this phantom is the phantom of a traveler that was murdered while driving through Kendall long ago. One thing is for certain, it without a doubt is a terrifying ghost that any reasonable person wouldn't want to bump into.
