When the phantom was perceived it vanished into the thin air.
A female with a blue-green face was witnessed staggering along a deserted highway near Lublin. Alarmed by the bystanders the phantom fled into the darkness. A number of of the folks here declare this ghost enjoys scaring unwise folks who come seeking ghosts in Lublin.
