The spirit of a young lady having on a blood-splattered wedding gown has every now and then been observed trying to locate a photo in Black Earth Rettenmund Prairie State Natural Area late in the night. Several of the locals claim this ghost is the ghost of a vacationer that was murdered while passing through Mazomanie many years ago. Anyway, this is an intimidating ghost that you shouldn't go trying to locate. A beheaded female is now and then perceived having a seat at the dining table in a Mazomanie building. In any event, it is indisputably a creepy ghost that should be stayed away from. The ghost of an eleven feet enormous man is known to have been seen on a handful of instances at the stroke of midnight gazing across Sauk Prairie.
