I was driving into town on Pine road at about 11:45 p. M. In late July of 2001 when saw a robed Man walking down the side of the road about a mile out of town heading west. I stopped to see if he needed any help.
He said no. I asked him where he was heading and he turned to me and replied with one word rascal. Then he disappeared into a mist and became a kind of Gray fog.
