I have never heard of the stories currently posted, but I lived next to Casey Lake and yes- it almost claimed my brothers life one day. I lived on Krisel Ln, right off of Casey Lake rd in an old farmhouse. Many nights, as my brothers and sisters can attest to, as we ly awake in bed we would hear unmistakable     footsteps coming from the attic. Once when my parents were at the car show in Iola, my sister and I were sitting on the porch just off the kitchen and we hard a loud sinister laugh right before the whole dish rack of dished came crashing down to the floor. That same day each tape from the tape rack thing we had came crashing down one by one. There was a ''''bottomless'' swamp in our backyard that often my brothers who were four wheeling back there would come freaking out saying they seen ghost dogs and heard them in the mist.
