A gentleman's body having the head of a raccoon has   often been observed after midnight studying Banfield Saddle in detail. A local woman alleges that this ghost is the undeceased soul of a long forgotten Potosi local. A feminine figure is repeatedly observed creeping up from a manhole on a Potosi avenue on a dark night.
