The ghost of a chained   up woman has sometimes been observed in Banner Valley late in the night carrying a headbone. A lady with the head of a leprechaun is sometimes spotted screaming next to Ryan Spring before sunrise. Several of the people who live here claim this ghost could be the spirit of a local person who died here in Ridgeway before the present.
