The phantom of a youthful lady with a cord around her neck may be spotted over and over again in the backseat of a car by the driver witnessing the ghost in his rear view mirror before dawn. Whichever way, it is indisputably a bloodcurdling spirit that any normal person wouldn't wish to come   across. An exceptionally chilling spirit has every now and then been distinguished climbing out of Baileys Harbor Swamp covered in filth very late at night.
