Sparta, Wisconsin Ghost Tales

One day I was out for my usual jog around 9-10ish at night I jog on West Division Street when I was passing address 8524 I noticed in the front lawn there was something moving by a little white bench when I saw this figure get up and and start walking toward the house. I keep look but I had noticed it have disappeared.

I don't have any pictures but behind the boys and girls club by the golf field there's a cemtery. Me and my mom went to check it out. I got a cold feeling. We were creeped out, so we went towords the car when I heard a noise.  A little Girl probably
 
    4 or 5 saying mommy. I looked around tosee a little girl was there.

While the sun shines the folks who live here in Sparta, Wisconsin perform their tasks exactly the
  same as anywhere else, but there are strange things taking place in this settlement at night. The phantoms of this town don’t leave anyone unfrightened. Not everyone trusts in the stories the people who live here tell, but the undeceased souls of Sparta are all too real.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of a man clutching a sword is rumored to have been witnessed on a small number of occasions seeking a box by a parked Honda in a Sparta parking lot very late at night.

A female with maggots crawling out of her mouth
may every so often be seen grasping a human skull in Beaver Creek Park on a dark night.

The ghost of a chained up female was perceived in a Sparta area hardware store, strolling the aisles. This is one of those ghosts that is perceived repeatedly close at hand.

A woman gripping her head by her arm showed up shouting at Angelo H629.3 Dam at midnight. The ghost did not mind that there was someone else near.

The ghost of a gentleman having half his head absent was perceived taking a rest at the dining table in a Sparta mobile home staring. When the onlooker came into sight the ghost ran away. In any event, it is unquestionably a menacing ghost that any sensible person would not want to come across.

A beheaded woman came into view leading a lead tour of Balls Bluff to a crowd of ghosts around midnight. The appearance of the observer terrified the ghost who then vanished. Regardless of what, this phantom undeniably is terrifying; one that you shouldn't go looking for.

The ghost of an adolescent girl was seen in Cannon Valley before dawn struggling to capture something. The spirit mumbled about revenging a killing. One thing is for sure, it's a bloodcurdling phantom that should be avoided.

The ghost of a lady with half her head absent was perceived bass fishing from the shore of West Sandy Lake around midnight. The bystander was terrified and ran off. Based on what the residents claim, this ghost is the ghost of a visitor that was murdered while driving through Sparta a long time ago.

A shape with a skeleton face wearing shadowy robes has repeatedly been witnessed up on the top of Link Hill thinking.

A female with a sword in her head is regularly seen moving orbs around by Bailey Creek.

A wandering spirit is rumored to have been spotted on frequent instances marching through a residence in Sparta.

The ghost of a young Indian combatant may repeatedly be seen walking through a home outside Sparta.

The ghost of a jet pilot may be distinguished time and again in Black River State Forest outside the park headquarters looking irritably at the watcher.

The terrifying spirit of a conquistador is once in a while distinguished pacing through a Sparta neighborhood churchyard.

A man that transformed into a vampire is rumored to have been made out on frequent occasions being in an abandoned structure in Sparta. Locals here who have noticed this ghost say this ghost is that of a local person who had a house here in Sparta long ago.
