My friends and I were sitting on the bridge facing east back towards casimir road with the windows rolled down and the engine, and lights turned off immediately we all noticed a sound like something hitting the bridge with a metal pipe the noise would stop and start randomly we managed to pick a night when there was almost absolutely no wind so right away we decided that could not be it.
