Folks here allege that this ghost could be a famous former time native of Webster. A female with a sword sticking   out of her head is sometimes distinguished guzzling gasoline in Culbertson Springs State Fishery Area very late at night. A local resident claims that this spirit is almost certainly the undeparted spirit of a local person who used to dwell here in Webster.
