Braceville is a lot different than it used to be there were a lot more trees back then and a lot less houses. There used to be a gravel road that ran behind Cotton cemetery and I used to walk that road to get home every night after work. It was about nine thirty one night in the month of September. The sun was almost gone but there was still enough light that I could see an old woman walking through     old Cotton cemetery. I didn't pay her much mind I just figured she was visiting the grave of a loved one long gone. There is a large masonic Tombstone there and she stopped right in front of it. By now some fog had rolled in and I could barley see the woman. But I did see that she stood in front of that grave for about ten minutes just staring at it. By now I was a little curious as to why she was standing there for soo long so I was stopped on the road watching her. Through the fog I saw her raise up on of her hands and salute the grave.
