It is rumored that the old barn sitting by the edge on what is now 159 was haunted by a man. The man travels far up the woods to the edge of the woods farther into Caseyville. The man can be spotted from the edge of ALL the roads off of Bethel Road in Caseyville Il. The man is said to be here searching for his son who disappeared on night long ago. The man is seen throughish and bothers hunters to run into him. He died here searching for his son and wont       stop until he finds him. One of the local residents steadfastly says that this ghost gets pleasure from startling foolish folks who come trying to find ghosts in Caseyville.
