It had been vacant serveral years. Only two familys had lived there before us. The family that built the house own the lumber yard in the late 1800's Early 1900's. The gentleman that lived there had two sons. It was rumored that both sons had tb. They would sit out in the yard in the sunshine. There was also a large     chair in the attic that was surrounded by windows in the teret. It was in the Winter with Snow drifts all around the house. I was about 11-12 years old. I woke up in the middle of the night and looked out my door into the hallway. There was someone peeking around the door at me. I thought I must be asleep and pinched myself several times. I tried to Wake up from the dream. I soon realized I was not dreaming. I looked at the door again and there in Gray was a man with an engineers hat work shirt and pants and engineer boots.
