A woman with a fairly transparent body was seen by Evelen Branch trying to state something. When the onlooker appeared the spirit ran off. One of the locals steadfastly says that this ghost is that of a resident who had a home here in Cuba many years ago. The ghost   of a gentleman dressed in a law enforcement uniform was seen by Evelen Lake Dam before dawn staring at the water. The arrival of the viewer terrified the ghost who then vanished.
