The first encounter with the ghost was when we first moved     in and went on throughout our stay there the dog we had at the time went upstairs and sat outside the smallest room with his hair standing strait up and he started barking at the room. This continued every Day until he died three years later. In that room it ended up being the baby boy's room and in that room he had an electric train that ran across the top of his crib when we first installed it the train was turned off and had no batteries in it but it was moving like it was on.
