That night around 1 am restless and unable to sleep we heard a window open in the gust room. My husband was to tired to even care about what might have had been going on so I got     up and turned all the lights on in the House checking all windows. It just freshly snowed outside and there weren't any footsteps outside. Feeling foolish for getting up I went back to bed as I started Drifting off to sleep the dog started barking again and this time I could hear footsteps in the house. I got up again with the House phone in my hand ready to Call for help if I needed to. Again nothing.
