I can send you the entire story, but apparently there was one very wet lumber jack from the late 1800's who came to a party in Davis to kidnap a very young girl. Both of them appeared in my mother's summer in home in Davis, Illinois. They said that they liked how pretty the area was and would walk from house to house watching people. The man admitted a few people had seen him and were terrified and threw things and ran away, so if you saw this ghost (or if you ever see a ghost, please don't do that). Although I could not see or hear him, I was with a group of young children who could, so we called upon the angels and his mother and the girl's mother and we were able to convince him he was dead, that by refusing to cross over he had no good life here, he was only scaring people, and he had to go where he could move on and the otherside was all peace and love and he would not go to hell for what he did. He finally cross over, but it was very tough to convince him to do so. I believe it was his mother and two very large angels that did it (but

I couldn't see anything, the kids did and all their stories of what he said and what he and the little girl looked like were the same, so I don't doubt any of it. It took a good 2 hours to do this.) In any case, the girl was easy to cross over, she wanted to be a princess and I told her she could do that on the otherside, and she did.
