My 8th grade history teacher used to work at commonwealth (power plant) and he said he was driving home one night through Edinburg towards the sangamon River and he said he saw a ghostly figure of a woman in a kirchiff holding a Young boy's hand.
He said he kept driving he even honked to make sure they knew he was driving. They didn't move at all! He said he went right through them. He said he stopped at a parking lot close

after that and his friend that was following him said ''did you see that? ''.
I asked my grandmother and she said that there is a house right

in that location. A family lived there and they all died because the house burnt down.
