Objects move about, voices coming from the darkness. Not everybody has faith in the reports the local residents tell, but there in fact are frightening things occurring here in Edwardsville during the night. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The ghost of a pregnant female has occasionally been observed snooping in mailboxes at midnight in Edwardsville. Many people who live here allege this ghost takes pleasure in startling foolhardy folks who dare to disrupt the serenity in Edwardsville. A decapitated man is occasionally noticed by Dales Twin Lakes-South Lake Dam at the stroke of midnight gazing at the water. Regardless of what, this is an intimidating spirit that is rather not messed with. A lady with her right arm and right leg chopped off is rumored to have been seen on a small number of occasions crying out people's names       at the shore at Dales Twin Lakes-South Lake.
