My mother, who rented a house with a friend, in Elsah back in the late 1960's, claim to have been visited at their house, by a headless man who drove up on a motorcycle. The ghost sat on the bike staring at them through their living room window for about 30 minutes before he disappeared. She believes the ghost was upset about young females living alone in his village.
