In 2005 we took the ghost tour and while some of it seemed silly a few of the stories were unsettling.

There are ghosts in Galena, Illinois's Grant Park. One night some friends and I were walking through the park, when we saw someone on the slide and we started to walk over and meet the person. We all saw the person and when we got over there the person or the thing we saw was nowhere to be seen.
Then we all ran back to my friend's house and talked about it and then after 20 minutes we went over again and we saw someone walk by grant's statue and then we heard a little kids voice. We were all scared and ran back home and found out that ghost do roam grant Park and then we all knew we weren't seeing things.

My wife and I were staying at the pice hollow inn. We were the only ones staying in the inn for the weekend. The first night we were there nothing happened. It was the second night we just climbed into bed.
I heard as if someone pulled a chair out from the table in the kitchen. I jump up and turned the light on in the room. I stood by the door to lisiten more. I heard the noise again. I opened the door quickly to see if someone was out there.
There was nothing, the lights were off and all the rooms doors were open. I went back into the room and as soon I shut the door. The noise happened again. I then looked at my wife and the smoke alarm start going off.
