I just bought a house in Galva, I spent the weekend there doing some renovations. The first night there I was laying upstairs on the bedroom floor, I was about to fall asleep when I heard a door downstairs slam..
I thought someone had come into our house. I woke my boyfriend up and told him someone was in the house. He went downstairs and looked but no one was there, and fast to sleep he was. But it startled me so much I just laid there all night

listening for an intruder.
It was cold that night, all the windows had been shut. When I peeled myself out of my bed on the floor I started shutting

and slamming doors downstairs to see what door it was. It was a sticky heavy wood door that had been closed tightly before bed..
I slammed it many times to make sure that it was the door I heard. I'm a little baffled and creeped out about it. I sure hope it doesn't happen again.
