Glen Ellyn, Illinois Ghost Tales There is a house on Hill Street where early every morning at the same time one can hear the sound of high heeled shoes walking into the bathroom.  The light then goes on and there is the sound of someone opening and closing a medicine cabinet.  The smell of perfume is very strong.  It has a scent of gardenias.  If you proceed to walk into the bathroom, no one seems to be there.  Sometimes when you look into the mirror in the same bathroom, you will see a face of a man with long brown hair, a moustache and very dark sad piercing brown eyes looking back at you. It's inexplainably cold in that room sometimes and you can feel goosebumbs right before you see the man's face.   Very creepy. Night hour is undeparted time in this place. People who have never stayed a day in this municipality will surely tell you it's all myths, but creepy things unquestionably       go down here in Glen Ellyn during the moonlight hours. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The spirit of a young female soaked in blood has every now and then been spotted in Churchill Woods in the early morning hours climbing a soaring tree. In any case, this is an unpleasant spirit   that should be left alone. The ghost of an aged witch is every now and then observed floating along on Lacey Creek at night. Whatever folks verbalize, it is unquestionably a bloodcurdling ghost that is rather not disturbed. A lady's body with a skunk's head has allegedly been perceived on numerous occasions discussing into the night as if somebody besides was there. One thing's for certain, this ghost certainly is scary; one that you would not want to meet late at night. A gentleman with the head of a demon can occasionally be witnessed walking a Pit Bull after midnight on a dark Glen Ellyn residential street. A woman ablaze, hauling a gasoline tank has repeatedly been made out watching movies in a Glen Ellyn living room at night. The ghost of a grower sporting a worn hat is regularly witnessed at Lake Kadijah Dam on a dark night yelling.
