When made out the phantom came within reach of the viewer who then ran away. Locals say that this ghost may very well be a recognized former time dweller of Hamel. The ghost of a chained up guy has repeatedly been spotted reading a newspaper down at the water's edge at Dales Twin Lakes-South Lake. In any case, this is an unlikable ghost that any reasonable person would not want to encounter.
