Chairs turn about, talk coming out of the darkness. Some folks who live here say these stories are not true, but the undeparted souls of Hidalgo are all too real.

A black as coal rat that shifted shape into a female was made out trying to get cars to stop next to a shady road next to Hidalgo. The ghost reacted to the viewer.
The ghost of a young-looking woman clothed as a maid is regularly seen mailing a packet at a Hidalgo post office. In any case, it's a chilling phantom that you wouldn't wish to encounter at night.
