Kent, Illinois Ghost Tales There's definitly a ghost car on kent cemeterys road! My mom saw a milk truck go right by the cemetery and fall into a revine, im not joking one bit. I'm not saying post my sighting, but I would love it if someone could verify what she saw. Phantoms are so routine in this place; scores of local residents don’t even think about       it anymore. Some local residents assert there are no phantoms, but the undead souls of Kent are all too real. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A   man having an axe in his head is rumored to have been made out on a handful of instances gobbling a carrot among the bushes of Pilot Grove. Loads of residents say this ghost may be the spirit of a local resident who passed on here in Kent before the present. A man's body with the head of a sheep may repeatedly be noticed in Blackhawk Battlefield Park before dawn smoking a pipe. Nevertheless, it is certainly a bloodcurdling ghost that any rational person wouldn't wish to meet. The phantom of a man carrying a sword may be distinguished repeatedly swallowing gasoline from a gasoline pump at a gasoline station in Kent. Locals who have seen this spirit declare this spirit is most likely the undeceased spirit of a resident who used to have a house here in Kent. In any case, this ghost indisputably is creepy; one that you shouldn't go trying to find. The ghost of a female having a word carved into her head has every so often been witnessed seeking somebody up on the highest spot of Simmons Mound.
