I was with a friend in my living room. And we heard some footsteps and we have a Gate to block the dogs from going downstairs. It sounded like footsteps going up the stairs. We looked and there was something opening the gate. It appeared to be a faint black hand and arm beginning to open the gate. We screamed     and the Gate slammed shut. Sense then I haven't heard anything else in the house. This took place about two years ago.
