One of the locals firmly declares that this spirit is probably the undead spirit of a person who used to have a house here in Lee. Anyhow, it is certainly a scary spirit that is rather not       upset. The ghost of a bound up woman is rumored to have been spotted on a few instances striding from apartment to apartment in the early morning hours before sunrise on a Lee avenue. In any event, this ghost sure is scary; one that you wouldn't want to meet at night.
