The undeparted are in this town as the folks who live here will tell you. Several folks who live here claim there are no ghosts, but if you have the guts to stay for the night in Machesney Park, you may perhaps perceive a ghost for yourself.

A partially translucent man clothed as the skipper of a liner was distinguished on the top of Lookout Point around midnight observing the panorama.
