Marine, Illinois Ghost Tales


You might imagine that Marine, Illinois is exactly identical to any other settlement in the United States of America, but this is a settlement where the undeceased stagger the roads in the night time. Dark hour is undeceased time around here. Skeptics don't trust in the local phantom accounts, but the tormented souls of Marine are all too real.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of a youthful gentleman dressed in a confederate uniform was made out in Marine City Park in the early morning hours dragging a dead body through
 
    some bushes. The observer got scared and escaped.

The spirit of a hobo materialized scaring people up on the peak of Neudeckers Mountain. The phantom saluted the watcher. People here who have spotted
  this ghost allege this ghost is that of a local resident who resided here in Marine in the past. In any event, it's a creepy phantom that should be shunned.

The ghost of a young lady covered in blood was distinguished by Corlock Branch shouting names of people. When the ghost was noticed it vanished into the night.

A gentleman with a big hole through his torso has often been distinguished pacing through a Marine area churchyard.

A woman's body with a horse's head is repeatedly seen hanging out in a neglected mansion in Marine. A local resident alleges that this ghost loves startling foolhardy folks who come seeking ghosts in Marine.
