If you look away though they seem to disappear. It seems there is some maliscious intent instilled in these supernatural youth but they have only ever scared people. (seem to target children and confident looking men) notable forms they have appeared in include clown-like dress and a nurse. The varrying forms May be due to     the fact that in the Early 20th Century Mazon used to host a large fair which May have included strangely dressed youth working as circus-like entertainment. Oh and this sounds typical and lame but activity has been known to increase heavily starting in September (when the area fairs are currently held) and throughout October.
