Momence, Illinois Ghost Tales | |
|
Driving through momemce Il. in 2006 with my husband a truck driver. He pulled off on the side of the road where the double railroad tracks are because he was just too tired to drive any longer. I saw a ghost of a child like woman/girl wearing a white/light colored dress covered with blood, along with blood on her arms and legs. She was bare foot. First she was standing in front of our semi. then she disappeared and not even a minute later she was behind our semi ( I could see her in the mirror) as I turned to look with my head out the window, she was then standing at the side end of our semi trucks trailer. She then started running her hand up and down the side of our trailer as she slowly was walking towards the front of our truck. she got about 15 feet from the trucks door. and then she disappeared again, then all of a sudden I seen her in front of the semi in the road again and then she walked off the side of the road into the field of corn, with her hand behind her as if she was dragging something, but there was nothing there.
