A gentleman that turned into a vampire was observed mid stream in Mud Run grasping a cranium. The phantom did not appear to be scared by the witnesses.

A shining human body came into sight gazing at the water by Bruington Lake Dam late in the night. The spirit saluted the viewer. In any case, this is a hostile ghost that you would not want to bump into around midnight.
