The ghost of a guy having a name cut into his back has every so often been witnessed in Elizabeth Lake Nature Preserve late in the night hauling a dead body over rocks. No matter what, this is a nasty ghost that any sound person wouldn't want to encounter. The spirit of an engine driver is sometimes witnessed bass fishing from the shore of Elizabeth Lake in the early morning hours. Based on what the residents       declare, this ghost is that of a resident who had a house here in Richmond in the past. A woman without a head is known to have been witnessed on one or two instances trying on clothes in a Richmond apartment. Residents who have distinguished this ghost assert this ghost likes scaring folks who are brave enough to disrupt the silence in Richmond.   One thing's for sure, it's a scary ghost that should be avoided. The spirit of a young-looking woman with a rope around her neck can once in a while be observed nosing around in mailboxes after midnight in Richmond. Residents allege that this ghost takes pleasure in terrifying unwise folks who come trying to locate ghosts in Richmond.
