The area is lined with restaurants and bars and even an art gallery. Several of the buildings are reported to be haunted. A place called huckleberry's has a woman that appears in the back hallway then just fades away. I have seen her several times and my friends were also witnesses. The former kresge's building (now called the thirsty beaver) used to have a lunch counter.     It's now a bar but Many people have seen 3 old ladies dressed in a very old style sitting at the bar where the lunch counter used to be. They appear to be Normal but then just fade away. A place called del's was a hot dog place in the 1930's. The same 3 old ladies have been reported to have been seen at the bar there.
