Submitted by Tom       Category: hunter On the westend of Rockford there was a figure that played basketball very late at night but only when there was no moon. The figure had bubble like eyes and ran around the play ground basketball areas shooting baskets acting like it was in a game. All the time the figure was saying something that     sounded like. Gregg Wells or Kim & kerry hughes. I saw this in 1977 near fair grounds Park while parking with a girlfriend. I have heard others Tell of the same experience. Weird. The Sun was going down and I had been sitting in the same place for a very long time. All at once I noticed a group of small people gathering. They were people for sure and not ghosts.
