Yes in the fall when the Corn is dried and makes a lot of noise at night because of the wind. I and my friend both saw a figure of a man with what appeared to be a very big head walking down Rockton road in a rural area North of the mental health buildings. It looked almost real until we got closer and he appeared to be transparent. He was looking up and down as     he walked and made noises. Looked like he was wandering. Scary looking dude. Do not wish to see this again. I spoke to my friend recently about this and he told me about this website.
