He is gone now but is often seen walking the streets of the westend searching for Oin Oin Stew and this other make up friends. Spirit maybe but maybe just a guy that was never able to throw away his make believe friends. See him in the area of state Street and Springfield ave. Submitted by Walter       Categories: boys, spirits Well I have known of     this sighting for a long time but never told anyone because they would think I was lying. On Charles Street near a quarry there appears very often what looks and sounds like the wicked witch of the west from the Wizard of Oz. The voice sounds just like the witch. She is yelling at the dog and Dorothy. This looks so real but I am scared to walk too close. The witch is old and ugly but does have clothes that look somewhat normal. Walmart type clothes at best. There is also a smell of an old folks home when see shows up.
