Sesser, Illinois Ghost Sightings

I used to live in a Sesser house.. And in the house I lived in there had been the murder of a girl in the upstairs bathroom in the shower. I don't know the whole story my parents never told me. I think it was on like Walnut Street of something like that maybe Jordan I don't really even know.
All I know is never go in the cellar. When I moved in there were candles of all colors down there. It reminded me of witch craft or some wicked religion. The

first time I went down there I heard footsteps upstairs even though I was the only one that lived there.
And the cellar door slammed shut and the room

went dark. I felt breathing of someone or something on my back. My dog barked and winced upstairs and everything went back to normal. I don't really know what happened but it was scary.
It didn't stop there. The next couple of nights I would always wake up around 3-4 in the morning. I really didn't know why. It was like the fifth night I had done this and I sat up straight in bed and the lights turned on and started to flicker.
