He spends a lot of time in the attic because that was the playroom of his children. History says he played with his kids a lot. He knocks on doors on the second floor. He coughs a lot this man died of lung disease at the age of 68. We hear footsteps up and down the steps to the attic and on the second floor. He does sit down and get up for/from     dinner between 6:15 and 7:30pm in our dining-room but not every night. We had a house fire a little over a year ago which affected the kitchen and dining-room. That was when the activity started in the dining-room. My ex-housekeeper and a good friend have both experienced things as describe housekeeper did not like to be in the house alone and quit a few months after her experience. Housekeeper experience was coughing in the dining-room (she was in there at the time) and no one there. Footsteps (heavy like boots) upstairs and no one home.
