Local people who have observed this phantom claim this phantom is the phantom of a traveler that was murdered while driving through   Stockland many years ago. The phantom of a seriously mangled hunter pulling a dead coyote can often be made out before dawn following a passing Ford on a gloomy road close to Stockland. Locals here say that this ghost likes frightening unwise people who have the courage to disturb the serenity in Stockland.
