Virginia, Illinois Ghost Tales My parents house has been haunted for years. My sister and I both have heard and witness many things. A boy was struck by lighting while swinging in a tire swing during a freak storm that came up at a birthday party. Reports said it entered his head and came out his leg. There were other children at this party no one else was injured that we know of. A police man was driving by the time it happened. My sister and my bed both  has been shook, sounds of crying, appliances turned off by the knob. Foot steps on the stair when no one was there. Things appearing places they were not before. A picture was found in a trunk, we do not know where it came from. We had looked and placed many things in the trunk, never seeing the framed picture before. We also have a few unexplainable pictures. Needle point picture that will go down with the house, my sister and I have both tried to take it out of the attic and we both became sick and felt faint. Our parents have also heard things but aren't as convinced as we are.
