Before then about five years ago an entity picked him up by the collar and tried to throw him out of the window I walked in the room and he was put down and I bumped into his/her foot and did not see anyone. And you catch a glimpse of a wagon and horse and hear clopping south on North ave just before Glen Flora ave adjacent to the park. Also seen near the northside fire department on Golf road and Jackson st the wheels are tires the wagon has an old Man walking with the horse it apears to be a produce wagon....
