Friday we invited our friends over to play cards and to prove to them that this place was haunted.
After a while all the kids went to play in their room and we adults were in the living room when we all heard the footsteps going up and down the stairs. I said ''see I told you guys'' and they were totally freaked out but my buddy wanted to be brave and insisted on going to investigate.
We did and found nothing as usual. Then he wanted to go into

the basement and after objecting at first I manned up and went with him. We discovered an old machete that had brown stains on it an old picture of a

black fella in a sailor uniform it was a black and white print and looked from the 40s-50ish era.
Then looking to our left of the stairs we saw a wall that had a wooden swinging door. The wall itself was concrete and it went about waist high. The wooden door stated at the waist and was about 3 feet tall.
We opened it and looked inside. There was waist high dirt covered with plastic sheeting. I had to drag my buddy away as he wanted to climb
