I bonded out after a judge who heard my sons side of the events that day reduced my bond. So that's why we moved. But the neighborhood we moved to was not that much better then the one we left.
It was near the corner of 10th and Victory on the North Chicago border. The house was about 5-6 houses from that corner. Near the drive through liquor store. It was a big 3 bedroom with one of the bedrooms upstairs.
It had a garage and a fenced back

yard. It also had a basement. It was a dream for us after living in a tight 2 bedroom apartment. The move went smoothly and we settled in and got the

kids in school.
I got a transfer to a local car repair shop on Belvedere and we hunkered down for the up coming winter. It was about 1 month after we moved in that strange things started to happen. I was reading a book about the son of Sam murders as I lay in bed.
The kids were all in their rooms and the 3 cats were somewhere sleeping too I imagine. Then I heard the most god awful moan I had ever heard. It came from the basement. It was so loud
