Later when     I told them what he looked like they explained to me that it was my grandpa who died before I was born and the red sweater was what he was buried in. Later my parents moved to the current House we live in on Joliet st. Since we were adding a new addition to the family. At first it just Felt creepy and sometimes you heard creeks. My parents just said that was Normal for an old House and brushed it off. Few years later my younger brother said that he saw a little boy by his door at night.
